Superintendent Searches

At request of Board

  • Establish process and timeline with the board tailored to the District.
  • Meet with focus groups to identify the desired qualifications of the new superintendent
  • Recruit prospective candidates for the position
  • Screen and conduct confidential reference checks on the applicants
  • Support the board in identifying the candidates to be interviewed
  • Schedule and facilitate the interview process
  • Provide support from the beginning of the interview process until a candidate is
    selected
  • Support the board and the new superintendent following the interview process
  • Advise the board in formulating the new superintendent contract

  • Host meetings to gather input for District projects and allow the Board and administration to be a part of the process
  • Conduct Strategic Planning Sessions and facilitate goal setting to make plan actionable

Mediation

  • Work with disputing parties to have each side be heard, understood and to seek agreeable solution

Mentoring

  • Mentor new administrators and other key employees
  • Mentor Board members
